This is a general reflection I would like to offer.
There are many Zooms, Lectures etc. that have been given. In my experience, this has been one of the finest program program where there is a presentation ,followed by an invitation to participants to share their thoughts/wisdom and then the written responses offered for reflection. This is a excellent way to prepare for the next presentation.
