Is my organization a good fit for sponsoring at FJLC?
We welcome sponsors whose mission and services reflect the values of the modern Franciscan movement. If your organization promotes Franciscan spirituality, social justice, peacemaking, environmental sustainability, community building, and humble service to those who are poor and marginalized then FJLC is a fit. We especially welcome post-college opportunities, such as service programs, graduate schools, religious communities, and spiritual enrichment programs.
How does the exhibit booth work?
For the duration of the time that the participants of the FJLC are occupying the ballroom at Yours Truly Hotel (Saturday, Oct 18 1:00 p.m – Sunday, October 18th 8:00 p.m.), your organization will be able to use a table to display items and share your message around the edge of the room.
You will need to set up and break down your table but you do not need to staff the table for the duration. FJLC participants will be encouraged to visit sponsor booths at particular times, such as during socials and breaks.
What are the configurations of the exhibit table?
The size of the table is 30” x 60”. While there are outlets available, you may want to bring extension cords.
May I sell goods and services at FLJC?
No. We request that vendors don’t try to profit from the participants at the FJLC. You ARE welcome to give out free goods and services.
I would like to sponsor, but I can’t participate in person. May I still send materials to be distributed at an exhibit table?
We welcome your sponsorship and appreciate your generosity! We’re sorry that we don’t have the staff capacity to create your exhibit for you or to receive and ship back materials.
When you register as a sponsor, please indicate that you will not be able to attend so we don’t save a spot for you.
