Franciscan Justice Leadership Conference: Love in Action

The Franciscan Justice Leadership Conference brings together young adults, students, Franciscans, and advocates for faith-based justice. This three-day gathering features inspiring speakers, advocacy training, prayer, and opportunities for legislative engagement. The conference will be held at Yours Truly Hotel, with special lodging rates available.

Early bird registration is open until July 1, 2025, with a $50 discount for young adults. Group reservations are available until April 1, 2025.

I Was a Stranger and You Welcomed Me: A Century of Franciscan Solidarity with Migrants”

As we have done since 2023, FAN invites you to sponsor or buy a ticket, give away your meal to someone who truly needs it, and join us for a stimulating online program to explore the rich Franciscan heritage of caring for our sisters and brothers who are migrants.

Making Connections & Building Hope: Gun Violence Prevention in Pennsylvania – March 31, 2025

Speakers included State Senator Tim Kearney, State Representative Lisa Borowski, Adam Gardner of CeaseFire PA, and Lashira Council from the Chester Community Coalition. Dialogue with Palestinian and Israeli Bereaved Families for Peace – March 14, 2024 

On March 14, 2024, Franciscan Action Network hosted two speakers from the Holy Land, one Israeli and one Palestinian, who are members of the Bereaved Families for Peace. They shared their personal stories of loss and grief, and discussed how they continue to work together for peace and reconciliation even under current challenging circumstances. 3rd Annual Faith in Democracy Vigil – January 5, 2024

On January 5, the Faith in Democracy Vigil demonstrated that people of faith can be uniters, not dividers, in today’s America. Bringing together leaders from a variety of faith traditions, the vigil was led by Franciscan Action Network, Faith in Peace Concerts, and the Declaration for American Democracy.
