With bittersweet emotions, the staff and board of the Franciscan Action Network gathered on November 7th, 2019 at St. Francis Hall to celebrate Patrick Carolan, our Executive Director for the past 9 years and honored him with the FAN award at our annual benefit.
Throughout the night, attendees heard about Patrick’s accomplishments over these last nine years as executive director, his strong faith, and his Franciscan heart. Patrick has lived and loved FAN: nurturing, growing, and building it in to the well-respected organization we are today.
Staff members introduced him each in turn, recalling their experiences with Patrick’s humor, enthusiasm and, at times, his stubbornness. We were able to give him a celebration send-off that was light-hearted, commemorative, and fun. To see photos of the evening, click here.
