The January 6 insurrection was a wound on American society and democracy that still needs to be healed three years later. That healing is more important than ever as Americans head to  pivotal national elections in November 2024. Three years ago right on the spot of this event, some Americans waved Bibles as they stormed and attacked the nation’s Capitol. This vigil sent a very different message: that people of all faith perspectives can be uniters, not dividers.
